Afghan Church: Located in Fort, Mumbai. Afghan Church is an accessible walk down Colaba Causeway. The Church is impressive with its historic heritage and architecture that still endures till today. What's amazing about this place is that it once was concealed by the Arabian sea and the church was erected on an island known as ‘Old Woman’s Island.’ The land is an absolute reclamation site and now survives on solid ground for everyone to appreciate.

Leopold’s or Cafe Mondegar: After your long walk from Colaba Causeway, where the streets are strewed with funky jewelry, antiques, clothing, and footwear, it's time to sit down and have a quick bite to replenish your spirit. Besides Leopold’s being recognized for the September 11th shootout between the local police and the terrorist, it also serves incredible palatable continental food and beverages. The place is family oriented and has a large fan following.

Gateway of India: Acknowledged as a very significant landmark to visit in Mumbai, the place is thronged with tourist visiting from abroad and other parts of the country. It was constructed in the 20th century, to commemorate the visit of King George and Queen Mary into India.  The monument still holds as the pride of India. The area is gorgeous to take in, with the waves striking against the walls and is, even more, breath taking at night. You can see all the ships anchored in the far horizon and the place even awards you a ferry ride to get a glimpse of Mumbai from the sea. The roads are also appointed with horse carriages, that can take you around the bustling city while you take pictures of all the gothic theme buildings and British constructions, that are still utilized today as offices and government buildings.

The TajMahal Hotel: A 5star property that became world renowned after the September 11th terrorist attack. Since then, the hotel has been renovated and worked upon and has claimed its inherent virtue back. An enchanting place to visit, offering a sea view while you sip on some tea or coffee. The TajMahal also blends well, with the Gateway of India monument that has the same building construction theme. Feel what it was like to breathe in the good old days when dynasties governed the kingdom.

Elephanta Caves: Whenever you approach the tip of any land, we continuously gaze into the horizon of the sea and contemplate, Is paradise beyond that? Well, you are in for a surprise, Gate Way Of India also has a ferry service that takes you on an Island, that is clustered with ancient caves dating back to 500BC. The caves are influenced by Buddhism, Jain, and Hindu statues and carvings that still persist to this day. The journey to the Island is a kick by itself offering a first glimpse at the Indian Naval dockyard and huge trade ships being docked along the way. The island has breathtaking cliff views of the sea and also cost of two 360 degree monstrous guns, that were once used to guard the sea. The island is also home to monkeys and many locals live onsite. There are a plethora of restaurants and even rooms, so if you missed the last ferry do not panic simply enjoy a delightful stay on the island. The tickets you purchase for the ferry are valid on any ferry, so you have a lot of time to play with.

Crawford Market: It's time for some more shopping. Crawford market was once upon a time, the only place where you could get imported products. Now the market is bustling with dry fruits, jewelry, artificial flowers, stuffed toys cellphones, watches, pet shops, kitchen appliances, accessories, the list never ends. It's a guarantee you walk in empty handed and come back with loads of goodies. Don't forget to bargain, as not all products have a price label tagged on them.

Marine Drive: The marine drive magnifies what the city is all about. Whether you are driving through or walking along the huge pathway built for tourist and joggers, you can't help but remark how beautiful the landscape looks. This place is also dubbed as the queens necklace because when darkness hits the city, the streetlights illuminate the neckline of the road that operates parallel to the sea. Since the perimeter curves in an arc shape, it resembles a necklace. You can sit alongside the wall and watch a magnificent sunset with your family and loved ones.

Flora Fountain: if you love reading, then this is the place to visit. The place boast of thousands of books on sale. The place looks like a huge book exhibition, all along the pavement of the streets. We guarantee you will inevitably find a book that catches your eye.

The Princes of Wale Museum: An entire day is recommended for this visit. There is so much to observe ranging from stuffed animals, reptiles, birds and fish. The museum has a universal collection of paintings, foreign and Indian heritage. Artifacts from the British, Portuguese, Moghuls and French era, can be seen. The museum offers you an opportunity to observe the urbanization and progress of India as well.
